You said it, no price s too low (g). They have a lot of debt, and unless they can sell some assets, and they have what to sell, they will have problem borrowing as their credit rating decline. If these rating decreases translate to 3% annual increases in debt service, their earning may decline by 30% or so (I calculate up to $500 MM swing in quarterly earnings). If they are forced to write off a good chunk of that $35 B in goodwill, not much is left of their $31 B in book value.
