Introduction
TheUseful.com is a multi-faceted service which allows you to use or access a number of different products and services, including e-mail, web search, news, and a wide range of other content (collectively the "TheUseful.com Service"). These Terms of Service apply to the TheUseful.com Service as well as any new products or services that we may add in the future (unless stated otherwise).
TheUseful.com also operates an ongoing Sweepstakes. You must be a resident of an eligible country and/or jurisdiction where such Sweepstakes are legal and at least 13 years of age to register with TheUseful.com and to participate in the TheUseful.com Sweepstakes. Registration
If you elect to register to use the TheUseful.com Service and/or participate in the TheUseful.com Sweepstakes, you agree to: (1) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the TheUseful.com Service's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data") and (2) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it accurate. Special Gift/Prize Promotion
One way you can register at TheUseful.com is by responding to our "Gift/Prize Promotion." By submitting your email address to redeem your gift package (through the web, embedded links in email, or any other methodology or technology), you agree to become a member of TheUseful.com. TheUseful.com will then make an effort to send you the gift package to your email address and at times other special offers from both TheUseful.com and other trusted third-party partners. You must be older than 13 to join TheUseful.com.
You may also receive certain quantities of Reward Bucks, a special currency (has no cash value by itself) which can be exchanged for various prizes by participating in TheUseful.com activities.
TheUseful.com gift/prize package is a marketing promotion and is NOT a contest or sweepstakes. The package consists of various individual special offers from multiple companies.
Each offer typically has its own terms and conditions which are explained on the merchant's web site. Most of the offers do not have a purchasing requirement, but some may require that you pay a nominal shipping and/or other fee. Some companies require that the customer is at least 18 years old and/or possesses a credit card. Also, some companies will only ship to addresses in the United States.
