well they outlaw your ability to use it for sexual pleasure in certain circumstances.

and outlawing the use of a drug that does no harm to any member of society other
than possibly the user isn't necessarily 'rightful'. They certainly allow you to put
alcohol in it and penalize you if you abuse it to the point you infringe on someone
else's right so there's a certain amount of hypocrisy over drugs.
