I don't think you did.

You might consider "low single digits" to be a upper boundary. Its probably less then 1% so it would be less then "low single digits". It depends on how you define both conservative and "really into the whole paramilitary thing".

The way I define it is the way its usually presented in the press........a right wing, paramilitary group. In fact, that's how just such a group in Brazil was called in a recent article. Apparently they are suspected of killing the liberal mayor of Sao Paulo.

I know you will disagree that "right wing" does not mean conservative but that's how I interpret right wing.
