I don't blame you for massaging it vigorously. Irreducible facts: JLA silenced one participant in the middle of an argument but allowed, nay, virtually invited, others to continue to insult her personally, and insulted her himself, knowing she could no longer defend herself or her positions from being mischaracterized. An assertion was made as fact that was not fact and she could not deny it, a denial that JLA would have believed, and you believe now. Opinion: That is boorish and intellectually disreputable behavior.
