R.V.M., I don't think we get the "C" now. We are less than a month away from a high after a strong rally. I think the market has to back and fill for a few weeks. If we continue to get failed rallies over the next few weeks and the economy does not show signs of improvement, then we will be ripe for the "C". Time will tell.
