Sam/AD.... why load up on TYC as the downward spiral continues.... I would think that you have one chance of being right and two chances of being wrong.

Have we not seen this program before? The company protests on deaf ears that things are just fine and the more they protest the more the stock fails to respond.

I would think that for the next few quarters a company that I will invest in will have ..1) a good near term outlook...
and 2) no accounting questions, and 3) no debt or very little debt.

TYC misses on two of these three criterion.

I hope it all works out for you....but Enron and Tyco will not just fade away. (GE could be next).
