On Semi cuts costs ahead of schedule; net loss at $451 million in Q4 Semiconductor Business News (02/05/02 17:25 p.m. EST) Recent siliconstrategies.com PHOENIX--On Semiconductor Corp. today reported a 3% sequential decline in revenues to $267 million in the fourth quarter of 2001 from $275.4 million in Q3. The company's net loss, including charges, was $451 million in the fourth quarter vs. net loss of $68.9 million in the prior three-month period. On Semiconductor said its Q4 loss included a non-recurring charge of $367 million to establish a valuation allowance relating to the company's net deferred tax assets, and $17 million for restructuring and other items associated with the reduction of its workforce.
