GX is now accused of fraud. The CEO is accused of creating some kind of lease swaps and illegally recorded them as phony income, which allowed the company to secure more loans from in the dark banks and investors. Like ENE, the facts are not brought to light until after a Chapter 11 filing. Moral of the story? Moufassa says, do not trust any company that is not in Chapter 11.
