8:35AM: A solid rebound from the early pre-market levels as the focus shifts from accounting concerns to Cisco and the release of an internal company memo characterizing Q2 financial results in a positive light. Currently the pre-market indicators are mixed with the S&P 500 futures 1.8 points below fair value while the Nasdaq 100 futures are 10 points above fair value.
