VELO's call for today - 02/06/02

"For Wednesday, my best guess is that the index may see some upside congestion as it finishes the wave 2 of 3 correction, but is favored to move back down by late morning for a strong impulse down for the rest of the day. Resistance above at 1870 should not be passed. Support at 1828 and then 1780. Minimum down side target is now 1750 which is near a support level. "
