Senator Daschle is AGAINST the US CONSTITUTION, not a mere obstructionist, this 60 vote arbitrary and capricous rule he imposed in order to allow any Senate legislation out for a floor vote, rather than the simple MAJORITY VOTE/MAJORITY RULE proves that he is a plain and simple tyrant, afraid of democracy, in violation of HIS OATH OF OFFICE, unethical, and immoral, considering the economic stimulus and other "dead on arrival" legislative proposals that even members of his democratic party majority caucus that controls the US SENATE would vote for as progressives and moderates and want to vote for much of this legislation. It also proves that he can not trust his fellow democrats who would resolve conflicting republican house legislation with democratic senate legislation, in conference committee. So who are the fellow democrats Daschle can not trust who make up the conference committee?
This shows how a few ultra liberals can use COMMUNIST UNITED FRONT TACTICS to control the Majority to Control the whole Senate, to Control the Whole Congress, to Control the whole USA, when in fact they are probably only 25 of the most liberal US SENATORS, 25 people, appointing themselves liberal tyrant dictators over the whole 275,000,000 to 300,000,000 Inhabitants and CITIZENS OF THE USA. Incredible!!!
I say RECALL him, maybe even get an independent prosecutor or grand jury to investigate these political campaign scandals that must touch his office and many of the other liberals that have thrwon a wrench into any blue sky investigations of Congress thus far. The Constitution says that except in the case of amendements to the US CONSTITUTION, Senate Confirmations (For lifetime appointments usually for federal judges), or veto overrides, and the like, ALL OTHER LEGISLATION REQUIRES BUT A SIMPLE MAJORITY VOTE, that is 50 or 51 votes (depending whether we have all 100 Senate seats filled without any vacancies), and not this DICTATORSHIP BY 20 or 25 US SENATORS (a majority of the 50 slim caucus majority or 20 of the 40 holdouts, that is, of the 60 required votes that Daschle has arbitrarily imposed to vote out anything).
Senator Tom Daschle is Not a mere OBSTRUCTIONIST but is truly ANTI-AMERICAN and AGAINST THE US CONSTITUTION, all in violation of his own OATH OF OFFICE. Recall him. Why wait for the tyrant to destroy more of the US Government and Economy by 2004, I say recall him now. At some point we, the American People, must stand up for principles, because Daschle never will. If we make an example of him now, by recalling him, we may well restore democractic rule to the United States Senate and our Nation, and thus preserve this Union for ourselves, our children and future generations of Americans yet to come.
