If we really are going to war with Iraq and other things explode in the Middle East, it might pay to be invested in oil/energy stocks without the risk of holding individual stocks. Been watching PEO, a closed-end energy fund invested in tons of energy stocks---unusually volatile today. Might be time to take a small position and hold on for a while. Trades on NYSE.
