Sports betting will NOT be legalized across the United States. The professional and college leagues will not allow it. They see sports wagering as a threat to the legitimacy of the game. IE- Pete Rose will never be in the hall of fame.

Also, even in Nevada, one cannot bet on any game played by a Nevada team or played in Nevada (ie- UNLV) with the exception of boxing. This "technicality would cause a lot of problems and lower demand substatially if you could not bet on "your" home team's games.

BETM may be a good company and a strong stock to own, but I would not include the expansion of sports betting into your financial model.

One last point, do you have data showing that people bet more on sports than on horse racing in Las Vegas? I would question this assumption.
