Bought more today at 5.6. Looking for 9s to 10s by April-June. Here is some more info on the Raymond James strong buy upgrade from yesterday. Lucent Tech (LU) 5.95 -0.20: -- Morning Note -- Raymond James upgrades to STRONG BUY from Market Perform rating with price target of $16 based on firm's beliefs that LU's restructuring efforts are taking hold. Firm believes LU has take measurable steps improving its balance sheet over the past 5 Qs, setting the stage for earnings improvements.
