Ah ...yes..very true indeed...but one must also look at other factors......most employees take orders......they dont have final say in anything........I remember some scandal when INTC was just getting started.....an employee said there was some problem...too techno geeky for me.....they were pressed to get this product to market, and the problem was supposedly just a small one....intel pushed it out, only to later have problems and a big stink about a supposed cover up of the problem, which was never prooven...this happens all the time......employees do the work, but "others" have final say so in most instances. And remember...the buck stops at the top....if the top royalty get the riches, they too should accept responsibilty for failed....well, failed everything in IARC's case......
