Tim, did you happen to see David Rocker of Rocker Partners on CNBC just now? He's been around for quite a while and has been short selling companies.

I liked his language when he said becareful of companies doing "Roll-ups" of smaller companies in an industry and
"Serial Acquirers".

he called Proforma Earnings "Designer" earnings... very clever -g-

He mentioned 2 companies he's short RVDP, and BBOX.

with BBOX, which is in the telcom area, he mentioned that they had acquired 50 companies over the past few years.

and I'm not sure I have this next part transcribed correctly. " They purge the assets of the acquired companies and then flow them through the income statement"

What he said was a neat way of describing it but I'm not sure I got it down as he said it?

John
