Not concerned at all. Read the 10K :-)

I firmly believe Sales of $ 10M + and profit for their Q1, 2002 (which ended Jan 31, 2002). I also believe that Unterberg is working hard at putting a financial deal together. The short-haul demand is good. I also believe the lost distributor is not that big of a deal and sales are funneled through other distributors.

Hopefylly we get guidance no later than next week.
