Well, I guess you have shown that rarity, an open mind. What distressed me is that your original post reflected the Dem spin which is carried unquestioningly by the uninformed media, i.e, that "abolishing the AMT is a sop to greedy business". Actually, there is a whole page of links, I settled on that one because it concentrated on AMT and corps: reformamt.org From reformamt.org AMT also goes against individuals, but that was not our discussion.
