I find it interesting how Accugraph trades on NASDAQ. For example, the stock traded $1 bid $1 1/32 ask all day; then with only a few minutes to go in the trading session, the stock falls to 31/32 and closes there.

I doubt very much if this was someone trying to sell at any price; it's more likely the market maker trading it down for some reason.
I don't know who does market for this stock but this sort of thing happens too often. It may seem like just a small drop, and it is, but it drops the price below the psychological $1 barrier.
