Of course I have.... Duh! You still don't 'know where I'm coming from'... 'cause apparently you didn't read my earlier posts. My points clearly were: 1) that the accounting conflicts of interest Levitt tried without success to get Congress to ban were the larger problem... and 2) tax havens are generally quite legal... and have often been championed by various Republican officials, including the current Treasury Secretary, Pres. Bush, Dick Armey, etc.
