The problem with those two stocks is that they generally have fairly low average daily volumes, and the price drop was significant. If a $50 stock tanks and daily volume up above 75 or 100k shares, then you can put it on a watch list for the next few days. If a small cap company says earnings aren't so good, or at least less than the analysts predicted, then investors are more skitterish. With these two tickers, having both climbed nicely over the last few months, the volume will probably drop off come Monday and then it will be up to either really good news or nightly technical analysis to determine when the re-entry point is. They are both good buys right now, but given today's level activity for both I no longer look to either for a bounce. Prices will probably hover within +/-.25 for awhile (up to 6 weeks possibly) and then start climbing again. I will keep both these on my long term watch lists, and check them weekly for activity. The only other risk is the August Fed meeting - not because I predict anything, but because small caps with a drop just aren't doing that well this year, and a lot of the market is looking to stay away from small caps that don't keep showing sustained growth, these two may be the next victims. I will watch the volume through Wednesday midday on these two. If it shows some strength it will be time to enter and I will post to a watch list. If not, it goes on the weekly follow-up list.
