Yes, InfoSpace, as it is now, did take action, after having talked to an attorney who was helping us. They informed Richter that they wouldn't honor the subpoena unless he got a court order. From another quarter he was advised that if he didn't withdraw he could expect to be hit with a motion for sanctions.

So he decided the candle wasn't worth the penny.
