Before any law suits over the meetings the ones doing the suing should pickup and read the public 150 page energy policy. Law suits over the meeting looks like jumping to conclusions to me.

Look who filed the suit, GAO. Not the House or Senate but the GAO. They were formed as bean counters in 1921 because of budget deficits after World War One. Now they want to be policy makers.
