None. At least not like Enron with those ridiculously fraudulent partnerships. What you see is what you get with Cisco's balance sheet. There is some analysis to do wrt options, but there is no Enron-like off-balance sheet financing. However, there are leases, which are also perfectly legal and GAAP proper off-balance sheet financing. For instance, many airlines like American Airlines lease their planes from the manufacturers in order to make their return on assets look better. It happens all the time, but what you have to be careful for is illegal and fraudulent things like what Enron did.
