Well, at least a Reg FD investigation is not necessarily an accusation of financial shenanigans. But it opens the door to the Feds investigating CPN's business activities... Something smells of a political witchhunt here, possibly in retaliation for the California power crunch.. Glad I didn't hold the shares... (but my wife is not nearly as happy). Hawk
