An excellent example of my position that WMT will have trouble growing internationally: In response to Venture selling 20 stores to Kmart, "I guess it's just an opportunistic real estate transaction,'' said Richard Church of Smith Barney. ``A lot of the rationalization in Kmart's international markets has opened up the opportunity to expand more aggressively domestically."
