Hi, Cujo - The problem I have with what is going on here is that certain posters have goaded the dialogue into a discussion of the worst possible interpretation of REK's transaction.

What's more, these same posters have continuously, and repetitively recast the matter in a suspicious light.

None of them - NOT ONE OF THEM - has even bothered to consider other possibilities.

None of them - NOT ONE OF THEM - has spent any time at all on the possibility that this forms part of the "creative financing" for Oxo Chemie, as suggested by another poster.

None of them - NOT ONE OF THEM - has discussed the fact that REK knew the transaction would be public knowledge. ALL OF THEM cast the transaction in the light of a secret, shady transaction.

Many of the same posters blanket this board with hundreds of posts reiterating a litany of half-truths, and logical fudges that they call company "mistakes". None of these posters - NOT ONE OF THEM - has discussed the fact that DMX has made tremendous progress, against tremendous odds, and is likely on the eve of tremendous success.

All of these posters - EVERY ONE OF THEM - has a ready-made list of suggestive events, going back through the company history with a fine-toothed comb, to cast every possible event in the worst possible light.

EVERY ONE OF THESE POSTERS would have you disregard the years of work that has been put into getting these products out. They ignore the hard work that has been put into the company, and its products. They would have you ignore the WASTE OF YOUR INVESTMENT DOLLARS, BY HC as they renege on their commitments, and dawdle and delay DMX into

...hit the wrong key...

...and dawdle and delay DMX into ...frustration and anger for its investors. Let's not forget that this unconscionable delay by HC is not just a waste of your investment dollars its also a wate of your tax dollars.

EVERY ONE OF THESE POSTERS would have you believe that REK, a lawyer, is so stupid as to abandon years of work, abandon her clear duty and responsibility to the company and many retail and institutional investors, and conduct a blatantly illegal transaction - WHILE PUBLICLY DISCLOSING IT

WHO ARE THESE GUYS?

There's an old saying that if you throw enough *dung* at a wall, some of it will stick. This board has been the subject of a systematic and repetitive posts by the same people, who repost the same material, over and over and over again. Older and wiser investors have seen this type of campaign before; it is the subject of many stories and news articles.

Whether the FDA and HC will finally give Pennsaid the approval it merits is in the laps of the Gods. IMO, the odds heavily favor approval. Do not be dissuaded by the transparent attempts at manipulation.

THIS WILL BE REPOSTED ON SI
