On 1/3 the APR/22.5 PUT volume was 10006 contracts, while open interest only increased from 1079 to 3462 contracts in the previous 8 weeks. An increase of 189% in one day assuming these were all buys.

Yesterday, 2/6, JUL/22.5 PUT volume was 10023 contracts, while open interest only increased from 450 to 917 contracts in the previous 8 weeks. An increase of 990% in one day assuming these were all buys.

Opinions anyone?
