I discovered that Shiek's Palace of Minneapolis in March filed suit against RICK. It deals with breach of contract issues, no doubt due to the failure of RICK to acquire Shiek's for whatever reason.

Today, the stock tanked at 2 on a better than average trading day for RICK ( +11K shares traded ). On a few occasions, I have seen 0 shares traded. At 2, people are probably thinking that it won't get any lower, but with small caps in volatile service sector industries with no institutional support, you never know.
