The better way to play the game is to encourage people of character to enter the political arena Plenty of good people enter the political arena. The political arena is corrosive. No one can make it up through the ranks without making compromises that eat away at that character. After a while, they all have skeletons. And a bunch of groupies who hide their skeletons as they search out the other guy's and inject their own ass-kissing corrosion into the "game." If anyone can get through that mire unscathed, I'd nominate him for Saint, not just President. Karen
