I have long been impressed by the quality of B&N's restrooms. This attribute should not be lightly dismissed in a future place of employment. My mother often said, "As go their toilets, so go they."

I am delighted you found the service acceptable. Now that I have an application sitting in a drawer there, I feel a certain proprietary interest in the company. Feel free to communicate any future problems and I will attend to them immediately.
