Interesting chart of personal dis-savings in part because over the long term it's run inversely proportional to the mountain of debt run up in the financial system. Would be the height of irony if last fall's pleadings by our ruling elite for consumers to go on another buying binge actually set us up for the next stage wave of personal BKs and debt defaults to reassert the primary LT deflationary cycle.
