CPV is a good REIT, but Wackenhut is the main/only tenant. This stock is therefore as risky as Wackenhut's financial condition.
AXM is another mortgage REIT, so my comments would be the same as for post 2239.

You're, welcome. Honestly, I had no idea what PPS earnings would be, I just felt the risk was too high unless the dividend was 15%. I wouldn't be surprised to see the stock bottom in the 27-31 range if FFO is dropping to $3.05-3.20 as projected and the probable dividend cut comes along. It looks like CAD was around .73 before charges, which can't carry a .78 dividend.
