BGEN/ELN Antegren agreement is 50% sharing according to recent presentation comments by BGEN C.E.O.

Antegren is very interesting. It is impossible to believe that BGEN is not looking at all its' options to acquire ELN or at least the Antegren program. The threat of an unknown competitor becoming a joint partner for Antegren is too great. BGEN could sell off any areas it felt did not make a good fit. The bid for ELN if one ever comes from anyone IMO won't be much above 50% over the average price of ELN in the week prior to the bid.
