Most mining investors I know do not make such evaluations before having datas on tonnage and grade. Such datas are usually available after definition drilling and bulk sampling. We are not at the stage of the game here, as Will so perfectly said in his previous post: Let's wait for the samples first!. If some are people are able to evaluate tonnage, grade and mining methods before any definition drilling and/or bulk sampling, they should also be able to evaluate Capex, cost of financing and rate of return.
