Robert, I see by your email address that your using an AOL account. I hate to say this so straight forwardly, but....The AOL browser is a piece of Junk. Unfortunatly I heard that if you use another browser and access AOL they place a surcharge on your account. This way they can sell advertisements. Call AOL just incase I am wrong. Then if you can use another browser go to www.microsoft.com and download their Explorer and give it a try. Or you may get lucky and have a nestcape navigator browser on some of your other software that you have. Like Qucken. Good Luck Robert and let me know if I can help. Michael
