GURUMAN,

The stock option situation is interesting. The company I work
for now in San Diego is very big on issuing stock options for
key personnel, and I think the result is very positive. The
key is putting time constraints on vesting, so the employess will
be less concerned with where the stock price will be in 6 months
and more considered with where the stock price will be in 3 years
and after.
