And my one point was that a systemic problem (accounting industry conflicts of interest) which potentially cross all boundaries, affect all industries... must be a larger issue than the fate of any SINGLE company, no matter how big the company.

Therefore, an administrative waiver to any SINGLE company could not possibly be as serious an issue as a systemic conflict of interest in the entire accounting industry... upon whose numbers all investors depend.
