Global-American Investments to Establish Branch Offices and Add to Client Base

VANCOUVER, Feb. 7 /CNW/ - SE Global Equities Corp. (OTCBB: SEGB), a
subsidiary of Capital Alliance Group Inc. and a provider of technology and
financial resources for international investors, announces that its California-
based wholly owned subsidiary Global-American Investments, Inc. ("GAI") will
establish four additional branch offices in the United States. As a result of
this expansion, GAI, a U.S. registered broker-dealer, will add over 400 active
retail-trading accounts to its expanding client base.
Over the next few weeks, the new branch offices will become active upon
transferring existing clients to GAI and consolidating trade execution,
administration, and back office support.
"We anticipate the addition of these accounts to increase our monthly
total trading volume by 20% and help reduce GAI clearing costs," said Toby
