I got a COF come-on in the mail today. I think they are trying to make it up with usurious interest rates now on better credit risks. I'm a 750 FICO and they offered to give me 9.99 for 6 months for the teaser, then, I kid you not, 22% APR. That is the first time I've EVER seen that in years. -dave
