Rally Didn't Hold Today, Both the Dow (-28 to 9625) and Nasdaq (-30.5 to 1782) ended day at or near their lows for the day after being up earlier. Two days in a row now. Bad sign. Appears institutions selling into any rallies/decent earnings. Could be time to run for the hills. Peter.
