AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. Announces Reverse Split LAS VEGAS, Feb. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ARES - news; formerly OTC Bulletin Board: ARET) announces a 100-for-one reverse split of its common stock and the change of its trading symbol to ``ARES''. Mr. Janovec, President & CEO states: ``The reverse will provide the Board of Directors the ability to continue acquisitions of companies identified by the Board based on the ability to increase revenues while adding tangible assets to our portfolio.
