wbmw, don't take this the wrong way but I've had experience with having software designed/developed by teams abroad (Israel) with central control in the US. It never worked right. Software was always late, not exactly as spec'ed out and buggy. I don't know how chip developed relates to software development but I would be wary. Wasn't the predecessor to Banias also designed the same way? What happened to that? C
