Bush blamed Bin Ladin and the Taliban so hard I think there'll be very little international support to invade other countries using the flag of the Twin Towers. Remember, most European leaders are left of center and Eastern European leaders still strive for new identity. Japan is bogged down with its own economics and Russia is still reengineering its strength within its own borders and I don't think China would ever go along. Australia seems to have a lot on its plate these days and Latin and South America hold nations still wanting to reach the par line. Canada might go along, but don't you think Canada is a bit too busy trying to emulate the USA? Israel would go along 'cause it would need to. Pretty much Africa, the Middle East and the smaller Asian countries are Muslim nations, so they're not gonna support any such action.

If you think about it, Bush rattled his sabre a bit too hard on the Taliban's support of Bin Ladin and that's where the world's focal point went.. With UBL laying low and, for all practical purposes publicitywise out of the picture, and with a new regime now in Afghanastan, it's probably more likely the rest of the world would rather get on with keeping their own respective houses in order. That means not getting bogged down in someone else's (America's) want for war.

Perhaps in the stark realization of this, policymakers of the United States might consider aiming at the roots to what caused terrorism in the first place. But I doubt it. Yes, Bush could easily run out of gas and be left with the Enron scandal and his own bad economy.
