Are you paying for Goodwill to begin with? Eliminating the whole $3 Billion plus of Goodwill would have no material effect on the balance sheet at all in the long run. You guys say the Goodwill is worthless, so eliminate it all now, then it won't be a point of discussion.

<The effect of removing Goodwill is to reduce the Assets > Thats what I said. Eliminate the line item called Goodwill from the Asset section of the balance sheet. Eliminate a corresponding amount of Stockholder Equity as well.

Now does it materially change anything?
