Wolf, How do you spell incompetence? Bet everyone of the board tonight can answer this one. Interesting comment in the TPD's material about the use of Notice Of Non-compliance: "The TPD aims not to issue very many NODs (Notice of Deficiency, which stops the review process) but to rely on clarifaxes and NON (does not stop the review process) to address deficiencies in high quality submissions" This suggests to me that our submission was considered "high quality". HC is a disgrace. MB
