Joe, I have no quarrel with either your, or Greg's interpretation.
As I posted, REK knows well enough how to speak plainly - so when she chooses to give a message that may be interpreted in two ways, it's fair to say she's probably trying to tell us something.
If she has, in fact, been told by the FDA, but has not yet received the report then the oblique message of "success" could very well be there: a way of "telling" us without actually saying it.
Sorta like the "code" we discussed before Christmas...
It doesn't really matter to me, because I confidently expect FDA approval. So excuse, perhaps I caught a bit of that "caution" that goes around here, now and then. >g<
