wbmw, What makes you say that? Do you have a link? I don't have a link, but I remember some roadmaps where it was positioned bellow the slowest Celerons. And who says this? Is this a problem associated with all integrated CPUs? Well, it more or less killed Cyrix as a company (and later on damaged their new owners NSM) when they tried to integrate a lot of analog components with the CPU. MediaGX made it to market at clock speeds of I believe 133MHz and 166 MHz, but the updates, and clock speed scaling were extremely difficult. The follow-up product based on the next generation 6x86 kept getting delayed, for years, with symptoms very similar to Merced. It kept getting delayed, and delaying it killed the competitiveness, so it was back to the drawing board. Delays invited the Featuritis etc. BTW, what is the general consensus of what Banias will offer? Hie
