UMC post January sales down 9.2% from Dec. and Y-O-Y down 57.8% UMC is the world's 2nd largest contract chip maker. Telling for the chip companies. I'm going to be shorting more chip and semi-equip on rallies. LRCX, AMAT, KLAC, MCRL are the main ones I trade. Would appreciate some other ideas here.
